Saporiblei is a self service restaurant with one outlet in Fiumicino, Rome sited inside the new shopping centre "Parco Da Vinci".

Saporiblei arises from the will and the desire of a sicilian trader, Aldo Campo, whose aim is spreading and promoting the tastiness and the quality of the Sicilian cooking, particularly of the Iblea area. With the cooperation of a qualified team, adept in sicilian culinary art, Mr Campo has created a very nice and friendly restaurant, where you can taste excellent dishes that sicilian tradition has always handed on with love and talent, making use of the products that the land gives them.

We can find some dishes that stand out from the others for their taste, quality and popularity both national and international, such as: cold cuts and cheese of Ragusa, rustici, pesto of dried tomatoes, pistachio, caponata, the cannolo and the famous Sicilian Cassata. We can also taste these delicacies with good red and white wines, produced with the grapes of local vineyards: Nero d'Avola, Cerasuolo di Vittoria, Donnafugata etc...

Saporiblei restaurant represents a little part of a Land rich in history, tradition and culture. A mystical portrait, evoked by a background that takes us in a dimension where reality and folklore are fused.
